SCRIPT WRITING
Do you have a concept, but no-one to write it? Let us take a look. We have in house writers who could develop your initial concept, create a writer's bible and even take your idea through to scripting stage. We also have links with other experienced writers in the UK and overseas.

TRANSLATION
There is an in house translation service for French, Spanish and Catalan scripts into English, and we can arrange other foreign languages to be translated by experienced professionals. We can also co-ordinate translations from English into foreign languages if we are required to complete a non English version of a project for you.

ADAPTATION
George Bernard Shaw apparently said that "England and America are two countries separated by a common language". Little Entertainment Post has the solution - we can adapt the script for the target market! Changing the word "sidewalk" for "pavement" or "trunk" for "boot" may seem finicky but it is this kind of careful and sympathetic attention to detail which will give any text an English or American feel to it, as you require. For dubs, we can also adapt scripts to picture, to ensure that the lip sync is coherent.

CASTING
We have built up a large network of experienced actors over the years, and so have an incredible range of voices. From the serious to the surreal, from the cute to the crazy, all you have to do is set the parameters for your "voice choice" and let us do the rest.

PRE-RECORDING
Pre recordings can be completed as single voice sessions or as ensemble recordings - we have the capacity to record up to 8 voices at once in a radio play style. All we need is the final script - and if available and relevant a final storyboard - and we do the rest, supplying you with the pre-recorded sessions on your specified format. We can supply one of our own experienced directors, or can work with a director that you supply.

DUBBING
If you have a completed project, then we can voice it to picture in English, and co-ordinate foreign language dubs if needed. Again, the sessions can be directed by one of our experienced in house team, or we can work with a director you supply.

REVERSIONING
Little Entertainment Post has many years' experience of producing new versions of existing projects for different markets. We can revoice to produce English (UK, USA or Mid-Atlantic) versions of your material, or even revoice from English to many other languages. We can also completely rework music, effects and final mixes to tailor your project to a specific market. If you have got an old library of material that is proving hard to place, we can dust it down and breathe new life into it, enabling you to make the most of your existing assets.

FOREIGN LANGUAGE VERSIONS
Over the years we have developed relationships with overseas studios which can offer foreign language versions. Send us the elements and your requirements and let us take care of everything else. The project is centrally co-ordinated, making life easier for you.

DIRECTING
We have 4 experienced in house directors, who will guide the voice talent through your projects. So whilst having your own director work with the actors in our studios is of course an option, we can also offer this highly important service.

MUSIC
Do you need a theme tune? Or a jingle? Or incidental music for an entire series? Then let us create it for you. We have access to a team of experienced composers to cover every style of music, from animated high jinks to full and genuine orchestral pieces.

SOUND EFFECTS AND FOLEY
We have an impressive range of bangs and crashes, bings and splashes and any other sound effect required to create anything from cartoon mayhem to accurate and detailed wildlife atmospheres... In addition, our experienced foley artists can supply all "human" and custom designed effects for a show, from crashing footsteps to subtle movements.

MIXING
The final audio mix on any project is crucial. Combining all the individual audio elements on a project and producing a mix that balances those elements correctly and enhances the overall project is one of our fortes - with many years' experience at this all important task, we have produced mixes for broadcasters in the UK, Europe and the USA.

TECHNICALS
We can work with a wide range of standards and formats, from Digibeta and Beta SP, through to timecoded DATs and DA88s. For any more unusual requests we can find solutions. For instance if you can only supply DigiBeta cassettes in NTSC then we can organise transfers and conversions. We can also post files for you securely in a variety of audio formats for you to download as and when you need them.

LEGALS
All voicing work completed on projects is undertaken on an all rights world wide in perpetuity basis, which means that, as current UK legislation stands, there are no residuals payable to Little Entertainment Post or to the voice talent. We have standard buy out contracts which the participating actors sign for each project with us, as well as a standard assignment contract from us to you. Ownership of rights for original music is governed by different parameters and so these should be discussed with us to ensure satisfactory agreement.

LOGISTICS
Each project is assigned a director/engineer as well as project co-ordinator. We will let you know who these are as soon as possible, as well as your contact in the finance department. Contact details are to be found in the "Contact info" section. We would suggest that any query on your project, even if of a technical or production nature, be initially channelled through the project co-ordinator.
Job sheets are created for each project so that at any given time you can be fully aware of the exact status of the project. We will also confirm via e-mail safe delivery to us of any elements to be used on a project as well as informing you of shipments of any elements back to you, or transfer of elements to your ftp site.
If you are planning on traveling to the studios, we can help with hotel reservations (we have negotiated certain preferential rates) and can assist with transportation (executive taxis can be supplied to and from the studios).
